How to Place
an Order..
The easiest way to place an order with us is to
use our website shopping cart. To place a website order, simply select the items that you
want to purchase,
enter a quantity in the box
provided, and click the "Buy Now" button. You will then be
taken into our shopping cart where you can enter your
address and payment information.
The Super Specialty Business Group includes
Super Running,
SuperCar Specialty
and SuperSite Web Design.
Super Running purchases may appear as any of those
companies on credit card statements.
Telephone orders are always welcome, and can be placed between 9am
and 5pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. Telephone
orders also give us the opportunity to
personally answer any questions you may have.
Of course, you can also mail, fax,
or e-mail your order instead, if you prefer. There is no minimum order.
Secure Ordering..
We utilize a secure checkout procedure to protect your
credit card and personal information. When you see 'https'
rather than 'http' in your browser's address window when
checking out, you are exchanging encrypted data with our
server. This prevents outsiders from obtaining credit card
information or personal data as it is sent to our servers,
and lets you know that you are operating in a secure
environment. You can safely enter your credit card number
without fear of having it intercepted by anyone.
We will not share your personal information (name, email
address phone) with anyone for any reason unless compelled
to do so by law. We may from time to time send an email to
announce a special offer to existing customers. Each of
these emails will contain an 'unsubscribe' link and
instructions on how to remove your email address from future
mailings.
Payment Terms and Methods..
We require payment in advance on all orders.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Money Orders
(payable in US dollars only), bank drafts (drawn on US banks
only),
Personal Checks (from US customers only), and PayPal for
customers with Verified addresses. Orders
paid by personal check may be delayed until the
check clears (normally 10-14 days). There is a $25.00 charge
for each time a check bounces.
C.O.D shipments and payments are not available.
Credit Card Orders..
To protect our customers from credit card fraud, we can
only ship orders paid by credit card to the person
named on
the credit card, at that person's credit card statement address. Payment by
Check or Money Order is required to ship to a different person or address.
Your order will be delayed if your credit card purchase is not approved by your
credit card company. We
attempt to process credit cards for three consecutive
days. It the credit card is still declined after 3 days,
we will have to cancel the order, and
return the items to stock.
